WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Items in-stock will ship within 1 week of your order. Pre-order items are marked with their delivery window on their product page. In-stock items purchased with a pre-order item will ship together.
Back of House cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, customs, etc.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you can click the link found in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to be updated.
MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTED. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you believe your item is defected, please email us at email@example.com with photos and explaining the defect within 72 hours. We will deem the product defect at our discretion. If the product has been misused or care instructions have not been followed then product will not be eligible to claim as defected.

All purchases are final. We do allow exchanges for sizes or store credit.
Items returned to us must be unworn and in their original condition with all attached tags and packaging. Exchange requests must be sent within 72 hours of receiving your order.
